Terms & Conditions

To support quality nurturing and bonding processes, the following minimum requirements will apply:

• The Hatchlings (under 2’s baby care) are required to attend for a minimum of 2 x 10-hour sessions per week.

• The Nestlings children (2-4years) are required to attend for a minimum of 2 x 10-hour sessions weekly to support educational continuity and progression.

A signed registration form and a fee of £100 are required to book a place at Poppins Day Nursery. In the event of withdrawal before the place is taken up the Registration Fee is NON-REFUNDABLE. 

Nursery fees are calculated on an annual basis and are repayable monthly in advance, by standing order on the first day of the month. Fees are calculated on a 52-week basis and divided by 12 months. Deductions cannot be made in respect of bank holidays, absence, sickness or holidays.

We are pleased to inform you Poppins Day Nursery is fully registered to receive 15 hours universal Government Nursery Educational Funding for 2,3 & 4 year olds and the extended 15 hours (30hrs) for 3 & 4 year olds. This is applied on your behalf and can be offered over sessions as required. All funded sessions provide additional integrated services and extra costs apply.
